Well I am into week 7 and feeling pretty good. Weight is slowly coming down and I am seeing changes almost daily which I am loving.
Carbs are pretty low at the moment and I have added some high intensity cardio 2-3 times a week to help cut up my legs and butt.
I have been unable to get more photos as Phil is in hospital after his back op and he was the main photographer for me. Thats okay though.
Weighing in now about 60.8-61.1 kg.
I am kind of proud of the fact that I have eaten tuna for every meal since starting this diet. I am wondering how long i can keep it up b4 I can't stand to look at tuna anymore.
If anything, I am having trouble eating enough. Getting full before I even finish some of my meals.
But my head in in so much better space this time round. I couldn't ask for a better mind set (although I am still looking forward to that pizza at the end of the tunnel :) ) But really I don't care about the pizza... So strange. I think I am actually happy within myself and that makes all the difference.
Still training strong. 13 weeks to go.
Looking forward to flying up to Sydney for the ANB comp up there on 25th May. I have heard that ANB is alot more popular in NSW.
